Terms & Cancellation Policy

These terms apply to appointments and services provided by Faith Clarke Physiotherapy. By booking an appointment, you agree to these terms.
Appointments
Appointments are subject to availability and are confirmed once you receive a booking confirmation.
Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you arrive late, we may need to shorten the appointment to avoid delaying other patients. The full appointment fee may still apply.
Prices and payment
Current appointment prices are displayed on faithclarke.co.uk and/or during the booking process.
Unless otherwise agreed, payment is required when booking and is processed securely through Stripe.
We reserve the right to change our prices. Any price change will not affect an appointment that has already been confirmed and paid for.
Cancellations and rescheduling
We understand that plans sometimes change.
You may cancel or reschedule your appointment free of charge provided you give at least 48 hours' notice before the scheduled appointment time.
If you cancel with less than 48 hours' notice, the full appointment fee is payable and any payment already made will normally be non-refundable.
If you reschedule with less than 48 hours' notice, this will normally be treated as a late cancellation and the full appointment fee may be payable.
If you do not attend your appointment without cancelling, the full appointment fee will be payable.
The 48-hour cancellation period is calculated from the scheduled start time of your appointment.
Exceptional circumstances
We appreciate that genuine emergencies and unexpected circumstances can occur. Late cancellation charges may be waived at the discretion of Faith Clarke Physiotherapy where there are exceptional circumstances.
This does not create an automatic entitlement to a refund or waiver.
Cancellations by Faith Clarke Physiotherapy
Occasionally, we may need to cancel or reschedule an appointment due to illness, emergency or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
If we cancel an appointment, you will be offered an alternative appointment or a full refund of any amount paid for that appointment.
We will not be responsible for other costs or losses resulting from an appointment being cancelled where the cancellation was outside our reasonable control.
Refunds
Where you are entitled to a refund under these terms, the refund will normally be returned to the original payment method.
The time taken for funds to appear in your account may depend on your bank or payment provider.
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.
Treatment
Physiotherapy outcomes vary between individuals and no particular result can be guaranteed.
Treatment recommendations will be based on professional assessment and the information available at the time.
You are responsible for providing accurate and relevant information about your health, symptoms, medical history, medication and any changes that may affect your treatment.
You should tell your physiotherapist if you experience unexpected pain, discomfort or other symptoms during or following treatment.
Consent
Your physiotherapist will explain proposed assessments or treatments where appropriate and may ask for your consent before proceeding.
You may ask questions, decline a particular treatment or withdraw your consent at any time.
Medical emergencies
Faith Clarke Physiotherapy does not provide an emergency medical service.
If you believe you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 999 or seek appropriate emergency medical assistance.
For urgent medical advice that is not an emergency, contact NHS 111 or another appropriate healthcare provider.

Information provided on faithclarke.co.uk is for general information only and should not be treated as a diagnosis or as personalised medical advice.
Using the website or submitting an enquiry does not by itself establish a physiotherapist-patient relationship.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
To the extent permitted by law, Faith Clarke Physiotherapy is not responsible for losses that could not reasonably have been anticipated when you booked your appointment.

Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available on faithclarke.co.uk.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms occasionally. The terms applying to an appointment will normally be those in effect when the appointment was booked.
